Single Surcharge – 30%

Green & Shoulder Season: Single Surcharge is applicable for any one reservation comprising more than 2 singles during the Green or Shoulder season.
Peak Season: Single Supplement applies to ALL single bookings.

Includes

Accommodation, all meals, teas/coffees, snacks, local drinks (soft drinks, water, local beers, selected wines and spirits), laundry, activities (game drives, game activities, walks around the lodge), government taxes, levies and park fees as currently legislated.

Excludes

Road transfers, flights, travel insurance and visa costs, premium brand beverages (imported beers, wines and spirits), curios and items of a personal nature, vehicle entrance fees for self-drive guests, spa treatments.

Child Policy

0-2 Years: 10% of Adult rate

3-11 Years : 50% of Adult rate

Private activities, which are subject to availability at the time of booking and charged at an additional nightly rate, should be booked for all families travelling with children younger than 12 years.

12 – 15 Years: 75% of Adult rate

16 Years +: Adult rate

No childcare / baby-sitters are available at any of our properties. Children must be under the supervision of their parents at all times. Children under the age of 16 to share with a parent at all times. If one double (parent & child) and one single (second parent) is booked, the peak season single supplement will apply for the single room in peak season.
Botswana Immigration requires certified copies of unabridged birth certificates for all minors under the age of 18 entering their ports.

Private Vehicle

Nett rate: USD $500.00 per night – subject to availability. Must be pre-booked at time of reservation.

Pilot Room

NETT $300 pppn only valid for Botswana registered guide.
Accommodation is in guide rooms and is subject to availability.

Ghoha Hills & Nogatsaa Pans are in a Malaria area & precautions need to be taken.

Travel Cancellation Insurance – It is the responsibility of the Guests to take out adequate travel insurance as they will bear the sole and absolute responsibility thereof.
